Annotated/interactive YouTube videos
YouTube just released a new feature that allows users to add annotations and interactive elements. Are these allowed on VideoSift? The examples they give are not that creative and the annotations look ugly to me. We recently stated that games are not allowed here.

Man it is hard to pass up a question directed to the gamers of videosift...
From what I see, youtube now allowing annotations is interesting to say the least... it can allow for a smoother video since most people show what is happening then either big white letter get in front of the video, or the screen goes blank with just the writing...
However, the annotations really aren't considered much of games though... some people are allowed to use the annotations for just commentary and not really for interactivity... I'm not to sure though if we can actually use this or not though for the posts, we will just have to experiment to see... I don't see any rules against that, even though again this is fairly new... If it was up to me, I say lets try one out, see how it works, and if it interferes with actual player in which it opens a new screen or can't play at all, then we will forget it...
In fact, I just posted an example just know to see if it would work...
Good one, mas8705:) it

doesn't work..maybe in the future but now there's no need to say yes or no on this topic.
I added the games channel because of possible interactive videos with different endings etc.
Slowly online video is moving towards unknown territory..

Eklek, I returned her video, just FYI. When we discuss, it stops people from being able to vote on it. Unless there was a larger reason for * discussing it?
