I can only wish it had a sequel.
Ico and Shadow of the Colossus are actually in the same universe, if not really very related games. The developer actually called Colossus a "prequel" of Ico.
And I'd gladly pay even a $150 for a fully-developed Freelancer 2, the original was such a blast of a spacy experience. I advise you get it even today as it's space graphics and FX are nowhere near as outdated as any other game of.. what, was it 2003? And to be fair I don't get what anyone's complaining - the storyline was just as epic and polished as that of Mass Effect.
And some of those games should never have sequels, this includes Blade Runner, Grim Fandango and any other great adventure game listed there.

They missed that incredibly great game from the early 90s called "way out" or "out there" or something like that.

Are you thinking of "Out of This World"? (aka "Another World") That game did have a sequel: Heart of the Alien, for the Sega CD.

As much as I loved Colossus, I really need to get off my ass and find myself a copy of Ico.
Starcraft was one of the best sequel-less games for a decade, till blizzard announced the sequel (which probably won't be out till 2010).
Quite a few of these games should not have sequels. Some because a sequel could only fail to meet expectations, some because they were downright terrible to begin with, and others because there's just no place for one.
